Dormant company accounts

We would rather not do them at all but since it’s helpful to the client we will maintain the software that makes it easy, keep the records, following the legal and detailed process, prompt when the deadline is approaching, get the client to verify that nothing has changed, chase the client when they don’t reply and then get it filed by the deadline. We charge a nominal fee or the client can do themselves.
