Dext – Revolutionise your expenses

Dext is an app that reads the data on your receipts and stores it on the Cloud. It has a range of benefits including:

1. Go Paperless

When you use DEXT, a digital copy of your receipt will be saved on your phone, DEXT servers, and our cloud accounting software, so you reclaim some space in your office.

2. Cloud Based App

DEXT is accessible from almost any device at any time. You don’t need to post or deliver receipts, and we’ll always have immediate access. It also contains a messenger feature, which
will notify you if we need to check the details of a particular receipt.

3. Support

All you need to get started is to download the app and ask us to send you an invitation. We’ll help you through the setup and provide technical support.

4. Relax at Year End

No more scrambling for records at the end of each period – everything we need will be on the software. You can keep a schedule that suits your workflow.

5. No Extra Cost

We’re happy to provide a license for the software for a nominal fee. It helps us to have an on-demand view of your transactions, and can save us time when entering the details of your records. It may also help us reclaim additional VAT for you.

6. Integration

DEXT integrates with most cloud-based accounting software, and this direct link means we can publish data from DEXT to QuickBooks within seconds. This enables us provide more up-to-date bookkeeping services.
